Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and 222ace ("Company," "we," "us," "our"). By creating an account, making a deposit, or using any feature of the 222ace platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms govern your access to and use of the 222ace website, mobile platform, games, promotions, and all related services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing the 222ace platform in any manner — whether by browsing, registering, depositing, or playing — you unconditionally accept these Terms and any additional policies incorporated herein by reference, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

Eligibility
To register and use the 222ace platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Services:
- You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine law governing online gambling and casino-style gaming.
- You must be a resident of or physically located in the Republic of the Philippines at the time of play.
- You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

Age Verification: 222ace strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. We reserve the right to request identity documents at any time to verify your age and identity. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and deposits returned at our discretion in accordance with applicable regulations.
By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements listed above. Providing false information to circumvent eligibility requirements is a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of funds.
Account Registration
Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the 222ace platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, shared devices, shared IP addresses, or any other method — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
3.1 Registration Requirements
When registering for a 222ace account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information, including:
- Your full legal name as it appears on a valid government-issued ID
- A valid and active email address that you own and control
- A valid Philippine mobile number
- Your date of birth (you must be 21 or older)
- A secure password of your own choosing
3.2 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 222ace login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. 222ace will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorized by you or not — is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify 222ace immediately via our support channels.
3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification
222ace is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals and in certain other circumstances. You may be asked to submit one or more of the following documents:
- Government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilSys National ID, driver's license, UMID)
- Proof of address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement dated within 90 days)
- Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of GCash account showing your registered name)
Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by 222ace may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is complete.
Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Deposits
222ace accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI online banking, BDO online banking, Metrobank online banking, and other methods as listed on the cashier page. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction and are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment account belongs to someone other than the registered 222ace account holder — are strictly prohibited. 222ace reserves the right to reverse any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account.
4.2 Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. 222ace aims to process GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within 15 minutes of approval during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take one to three (1–3) banking days depending on the receiving institution.
Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:
- Your account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal is processed.
- Any active bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn.
- Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the cashier.
- 222ace reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times.
Currency Note: All transactions on the 222ace platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). Any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or e-wallet provider are your responsibility and are not covered by 222ace.
4.3 Dormant Accounts
An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. 222ace reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts after this period, as permitted by applicable regulations. Players will be notified by email before any dormancy fee is applied.
Bonuses & Promotions
222ace offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.
5.1 General Bonus Rules
- Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. Eligibility criteria vary by promotion and are stated in the relevant promotion terms.
- Each player is entitled to claim each bonus offer only once unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
- Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash.
- Wagering requirements, game contribution percentages, minimum odds, time limits, and maximum bet restrictions applicable to each bonus are stated in the promotion terms.
- 222ace reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any wagering requirements already in progress will be honoured under the original terms.
5.2 Bonus Abuse
Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using low-risk betting strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine play, or colluding with other players — will result in immediate forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
Important: 222ace uses automated systems and manual review processes to detect bonus abuse. Decisions made by 222ace regarding bonus eligibility and abuse determinations are final and binding.
Game Rules & Fair Play
All games available on the 222ace platform — including slots, live dealer table games, bingo, and sports betting — are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface or game information page. By participating in any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.
6.1 Random Number Generators
All non-live casino games on the 222ace platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently tested and audited by accredited third-party testing laboratories. This ensures that all game outcomes are genuinely random and not influenced by any external factor, including previous results or player behavior.
6.2 Live Dealer Games
Live dealer games are streamed in real time from professional studio environments. The outcome of live dealer games is determined by physical game elements (cards, roulette wheels, dice) operated by trained dealers. 222ace is not responsible for interruptions to live game streams caused by internet connectivity issues on the player's side.
6.3 Malfunction Policy
In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or communication failure that affects the outcome of a game, 222ace reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wager to the player's account. Malfunction voids all pays and plays. 222ace's decision regarding malfunctions is final.
6.4 Sports Betting
Sports betting markets, including PBA, NBA, UFC, boxing, and other events, are subject to separate sports betting rules available on the relevant section of the platform. Odds are subject to change before a bet is confirmed. Once a bet is confirmed and accepted, it is binding.
Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 222ace platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:
- Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or any other identity
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification
- Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age
- Using stolen, unauthorized, or fraudulently obtained payment methods
- Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity through the platform
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game
- Colluding with other players in any game, including live dealer games and poker
- Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities — any such discovery must be reported to 222ace immediately
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the 222ace platform
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing 222ace staff or other players through any communication channel
- Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited
Responsible Gaming
222ace is committed to promoting responsible gaming and maintaining a safe, enjoyable environment for all players. We recognize that for a small number of players, gambling can become problematic, and we take our duty of care seriously.
8.1 Player Protection Tools
The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered 222ace players at no cost:
- Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a cooling-off period when increased.
- Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you when you have been playing for a specified duration.

Intellectual Property
All content on the 222ace platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, trademarks, game interfaces, software, text, and audiovisual materials — is the exclusive property of 222ace or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 8293).
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 222ace platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 222ace, its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:
- Loss of winnings due to technical malfunctions, server outages, or connectivity issues
- Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain password security
- Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers
- Interruptions to live game streams caused by factors outside 222ace's reasonable control
- Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information provided on the platform
222ace's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Disclaimer: The 222ace platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or freedom from errors. Gambling involves risk — you may lose the money you wager.
Privacy & Data Protection
222ace collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Amendments to These Terms

If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of a dispute between you and 222ace, we encourage you to contact our customer support team in the first instance to seek an amicable resolution. Most issues can be resolved quickly through our support channels.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause shall prevent 222ace from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Regulatory Oversight: 222ace operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Players who believe their complaint has not been adequately addressed may escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory authority with jurisdiction over online gaming in the Philippines.
